Description

 

Purpose: To help our Nonprofit Coordinator keep our inventory organized and easily accessible for charities. Responsibilities: Sign in and out for each volunteer shift. Prepare boxes of supplies to fill the needs of charities. Sort through and organize donations to be packaged. Assist with organization and warehouse support.

Qualifications: 

-Ability to work as part of a team 

-Ability to lift 20 lbs 

-Strong organizational skills 

-Ability to follow instructions 

Expectations:

-Close-toed shoes will be required to work in the warehouse

-Masks and gloves must be worn during your shift (Masks, gloves, and other personal protective gear will be provided as needed) 

-Must be on time

-Printing, scanning, and filing 

-Tours 

-Basic bookkeeping 

-The ability to answer general questions about TFG CS&F and redirect unknown questions to the appropriate staff member 

-Other related tasks

Qualifications: 

-Willing to interact with individuals 

-Ability to follow instructions 

-Basic computer skills - Microsoft products 

-Excellent organization skills 

-Dress will be business casual
